Thanks Merz. Illuminarty outline caps are my favourite. Much the same as 94 caps though.
ah ok yer i liked the 94 caps, that line looks so clean, guess more practise needed lol safe.
can do it on a black cap but you gotta layer a couple times each cuoolr(let a layer dry..then add another..twice should be enough) and they won’t come up quite so bright as on light cuoolred caps!! good luck
