Grove Park

Skore showed me this spot back in the 80′s. It was the first place I ever painted legally. It was my favourite spot back then and we all did some good work for the time. Work belwo by Dose, Unitie, Skore, Dvize, Dome, Theme, Cel, 2Fine & Stormer.

Dose Gallery Tonbridge

I don’t know who named it this but it was named it after I gave up back in the 80′s. Recently Skore refered to it as The Dose Gallery and I was shocked. It would seem I made an impression back then. I’m honoured to have a wall named after me.

I was writing in a crew with Unitie, Cel, Hash (Petro) and Curse (Stormer) when I did these pieces. We called ourselves NRS (New Recksters).

Check me out. Gas mask and Troop trainers.

Here is Unit’s piece. He went through a brief stage of writing Inkster.

Torch pen for the O ;)

Tracksides

Here are the Hildenborough tracksides I did back in the 80′s. I remember once, we travelled a jaffa from Hildenborough to Sevenoaks and threw a ladder out of the train ready for us to climb the wall and paint high. I also remember once the driver or a guard of the Orient Express saw us painting trackside, stopped the train and chased us off. He chased us for ages all across fields in Hildenborough but was too slow for us!

Tonbridge 1980′s

Here are a couple crome dubs I did in Tonbridge back in the 80′s. Really early stuff. Chrome Spectra and black Krylon.

And another in Tonbridge Park.

We used to knock about all over the place back in the 80′s including Tunbridge Wells. Some friends over there told us we had permission to paint the boardings in the Tunbridge Wells precinct so on Saturday midday among the hoards of shoppers, I did this little piece. The old bill even came along. We told them we had permission and they went away. It turns out we didn’t have permission and got our pieces in the local paper. Didn’t get nicked though so result. Here’s the piece:
